The passage house is well situated, with easy access to amenities and beaches. The apartment was well equipped, the only thing that would have been useful is a fan in the lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was a real bonus. The only issue is the apartment gets very hot at night.

Lovely apartment with such a beautiful view from the balcony, could see all the stars in the sky at night too! Clean and spacious and had a kitchen (cutleries and plates etc. included) that had a small fridge which we found very useful, there's 2 rooms one the being master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite, and the other room with twin beds, plenty of space in both rooms and a second bathroom too. The hotel has a small gym and a lovely pool which is free to use which was a delight to have! Friendly hosts who gave plenty of information and directions beforehand, we may be back again in the future, a lovely spot to stay within South Devon!

Comfortable, well equiped with everything you need plus the use of gym, pool and sauna, a lovely view from the balcony accessed from the lounge and both bedrooms through patio doors. The Passage House Inn is also on site where you can get a really nice meal or enjoy a drink at an outside table on the riverside.

This apartment is extremely spacious and well equipped ! lovely and clean and comfortable beds ! Good sized bathrooms with 2 baths and 2 showers! lots of towels supplied. Set in a superb location with many family attractions a short drive away. many local pubs and restaurants which are so popular booking was essential. Lovely warm swimming pool and jacuzzi and sauna which was free to use and was never busy. Would definately recommend this apartment for a lovely family holiday .

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with loads to do in the immediate area and a number of beaches within 30 minutes drive. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Exceptional view from the balcony over the Teign estuary - particularly great if you enjoy twitching. Great communication in the run up with helpful suggestions for places to visit. We used the free pool in the adjoining health and fitness centre which was great for our two children. Can't go wrong here!
