This was a 4 month stay so I had plenty of time to assess. The place suited my needs to a tee: location, space, cleanliness, amenities. Everything was terrific and my host Angela was the best: friendly, helpful, responsive, reliable. This summer couldn't have been better and I am considering coming back next year.

Angela is a very personable and conscientious host. Both are valuable qualities at any time, but especially so in these days of Covid when both safety and interpersonal warmth are highly-sought commodities. Within my first couple of days, we had a couple of long, friendly conversations in which she filled me in on the ins and outs of the rental flat, the neighborhood, and local attractions. We also just plain got to know another a bit, since Angela's a kind and curious person. She responded almost immediately to any questions I had about the rental property. When I reported a couple of small issues, she addressed these rapidly as well. The flat itself is huge - more than sufficient for a single person or a small family. It is likewise outfitted with almost everything a person might need to live comfortably. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishware, cookware, and even some cooking spices. The master bedroom contains a nice, pretty new bed and a wall of attractive, built in cabinets. The furnished dining room is another appealing touch. Situated in a residential suburban area, the home is pretty quiet. I slept well here. I also appreciated how close I was to McCarty Park - only about a mile's walk away. It's a nice place with a nice host!

We had an amazing stay at Angela's for nearly 3 months. The apartment is spacious and situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Angela has thought of all of the finishing touches from home - the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishware, there was garden furniture to enjoy in the warmer months, a fire place out back, a composter, and a ton of sheets and towels. We really felt at home during our stay there. The best part was Angela herself - she was so helpful, kind, warm, and available to us if we ever had any questions. We would absolutely stay again if we are back in town! Highly recommended!
