The house was beautifuly decorated, well stocked and had enoughroom to sleep our large family. everyone had a bed. the onlything is that the description said couch bed and it was a regular couch, which was fine for my son he gladly slept on the sofa. highly recommend staying with vacasa

Vacasa Florida was great! We truly did enjoy our stay! We would absolutely go back. We did have to ask where the pools were because it was impossible to find. The grill was falling apart (which is minimal) but we brought food down to grill. There was coffee spilled all over the counter and trash outside where people had just thrown their garbage but otherwise, it was a very nice home. We just cleaned up a little when we got there and all was good! Would recommend for sure they may just want to hire a new cleaning company :) .

What a great stay! Everything was fantastic. Only issue is parking when you come with trucks. Two don’t fit in the driveway not that’s very minor issue considering how nice the place is Thanks again for a great stay!

The only complaint I had was not receiving HOA rules for this neighborhood. We parked a boat in the driveway and got a ticket. Called the security office to discuss what to do and they told us to put the boat by their pool, which was temporarily closed. When retrieving the boat the next morning, we had another ticket for violating rules. I would recommend letting renters know about this boat rule.
