We had a wonderful time @Kens place. The unit was clean and well equipped. Everything was as decribed and seen on the pictures. His place is well situated and close to shops and restaurants.

Will definitely be booking again. Very comfortable stay felt right at home. Access to pool. Restaurants, shopping and so much more near by. And ken and his wife Sue were amazing and so friendly.

Ken was very responsive. He quickly fixed all issues that we had, which were few. His apartment is well stocked. It is a home away from home. My family and I were extremely comfortable. The area has everything a family could need. A supermarket across the street, 2 parks with playgrounds within walking distance and a swimming pool on the premises. We felt very safe and secure. I jogged and walked around the area daily. Only approximately 1 hour from Orlando and approximately 1 hour from Tampa. Well worth renting this apartment. Please take care of this apartment as I expect to rent from Ken again.
