A galley kitchen with modern appliances, separate dining table and meals table areas to seat up to 12. Ducting heating & cooling throughout. UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1 with a king bed. Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. TV, DVD player, large walk in robe. Bedroom 2 with a queen bed. Bedroom 3 with a queen bed. Bedroom 4 with a king single bunk and single bed. Main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom 5 downstairs with a children's entertainment room with a comfy lounge, smart TV, desk, chairs and lots of children's board games and books. 3 x single bunk beds to sleep 6. Ensuite with shower, vanity and separate toilet. Gorgeous expansive front garden area with seating. Amazing elevated decking with seating and umbrella to enjoy the serene outdoors and watch the children play. Small rear garden area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ. 2 x Porta Cots and a high chair available. PETS Pet friendly property at the owners discretion. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint. The perimeters are not fully fenced or secure. A small enclosed area near the bbq will provide a boundary for your pet. Pet stay fee applies. LINEN A full bed & bathroom linen package included for 7 nights or more bookings only. BYO Beach Towels. 6 nights or less: This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January. Strictly no schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply. It's a great holiday house for families. The kids are really enjoy the bunk beds room.
i’d like to begin my review by saying Beach house rentals were lovely to deal with! Friendly and welcoming on the day, they even gave us a goodie bag with slippers/wine/ brochures on arrival! Our Air bnb was quite dirty, so in total honesty we were a bit disappointed. We found rubbish when putting bed sheets on, dust in the bathrooms and dirty glasses/mugs. We noticed a door handle on the master suite was broken and a toilet flush downstairs not working. It was also a-bit surprising linen isn’t included in the rental pricing. Luckily our family could provide some. However, great location & private for family stays. Thank you
Thankyou Beach House Rentals. Our Airbnb house in Collins Parade was perfect. We had a fabulous stay. We had a family wedding and the house was perfect for three families. So many spaces to retreat to and be able to get ready for the wedding. Having 3 spacious bathrooms was great. A great home and would definitely book it again.
This place was absolutely amazing! We had the best time here! The place we super clean and cosy and had so much space! Perfect location and all the beds and couches were super comfortable! Would definitely stay again. :)

Discovered in the late 19th century and was the first white settlement in Victoria in 1803. Sorrento is a beautiful and historic village that has retained much of its heritage in the form of the historic limestone buildings that line the main street.
The village offers shopping that is stylish and sophisticated, with more than 60 retail outlets including boutiques, interior design stores, galleries and antique outlets. Naturally, the cafes, restaurants, local produce stores and designer ice cream are superb. Lying to the west of Blairgowrie near the western tip of the Mornington Peninsula, the main street of Sorrento runs from the Sorrento ‘front’ beach beside the calm waters of Port Phillip in the north to the Sorrento Ocean Beach fronting the rough ocean of Bass Strait in the south.
The crescent-shaped Sorrento front beach offers a white sand beach and shallow waters making it ideal for swimming and other water activities such as sailing, snorkelling, swimming with the seals and dolphins. Here you will find the Sorrento Pier which is used to ferry passengers and cars which links Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula, with neighbouring Queenscliff on the Bellarine Peninsula. As well as fishing trips, seal and dolphin watching excursions, sight-seeing cruises, yacht charters and diving trips.
The Sorrento Ocean beach has a popular rock pool but also offers excellent surfing for the experienced – care must be taken when swimming as deep rips operate along this coastline. There is a lot of history in the local area including Collins Settlement – where Europeans first attempted to settle permanently in Victoria, the historic Watts Cottage, and the Sorrento-Portsea Artists Trail offering an insight into renowned Australian artists’ works by showing views as they were painted in situ. There are a number of walking tracks, picnic spots and lookout areas. The Sorrento Sailing Club is located nearby.
Golden sands, wineries, gastronomy, art, fashion, but more importantly solitude and platinum accommodation. The whole of Europe just over an hour outside of Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula. Sorrento is approximately a 1 hour and 35-minute drive (110 kilometres) from CBD Melbourne heading south of Melbourne.
Street parking is available but be conscious there are owner occupiers in the street and the nature strips are narrow. 3 minutes drive to Main Street Sorrento. 20 minutes walk.
