Loved the place and close access to our son’s bike race. This is our second time stay in this facility and will visit again.

Place is convenient to ski resorts and at a great price. The kitchenette is wonderful if staying a few nights. Room had an overwhelming scent of cleaning products and was poorly ventilated. Cleanliness was average.

Good choice if you're trying to do anything in the Vail area at a reasonable price. Small kitchenette so making meals is possible too. Really appreciated the staff's kindness in accommodating us with a first floor room close to an exit since one of us was there for knee surgery. Location is good--there's some restaurants and a coffee shop right next door, and it's not far from a grocery store.

Our room had multiple issues. The TV did work, management blamed it on the satellite company and did nothing to resolve the issue, telling us ‘sorry for the inconvenience.’ Even worse the sink in our kitchenette did not drain, the garbage disposal underneath the sink was broken and the dirty water backed up into the sink, very gross. We sent another message to the manager ‘Dana’ but she never even responded and the sink was not fixed throughout the length of our stay. Also, for some reason our room keycards stopped working, the folks at the desk were able to resolve that but no explanation was given. Overall, this was a terrible experience and the room was not inexpensive btw. I should have paid more attention to the reviews for this place on other travel sites. I would never consider staying here again. Avoid.
