the host was unresponsive, we had trouble about how to check in. The room is pretty clean but there are stains here and there. Broken bathroom door, wifi was not available, and so many baby cockroaches.

I had a month's stay but the service need to be prepared to long stay guests. it's okay but cleanliness needs thorough improvement. Communication was very slow on response or on urgent matters. Check-out was definitely not hassle-free. But if you are not in a hurry and can wait when your internet is down, this place actually offers value for money

The unit was clean and the host was fast-response and really helpful. The bidet on the bathroom was broken once but the host was quickly sent the technician to fix it, problem solved. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Overall, decent experience.
