房子非常适合一家四口的居住。有便利的免费停车位，全套厨房用具，房间干净卫生，私密、安全，离down town 和ASU都很近。我们的入住感觉非常好。

Pros: Exactly as pictured, quiet, convenient to get in and out of with parking directly outside kitchen door, clean linens, lots of towels. Cons: The bed is a bit odd; very high and listed as a king but two single mattresses with a crack filler in the middle on a wire frame; no nightstands so no reading light or place to put a glass of water, phone, charger. Bed had a mildew smell, especially the pillows, though the linens were clean. Popcorn celling maybe contributing to the musky smell. Bathroom had lots of fruit flies for some reason, and normal flies, though we only open the door to walk in and out. Host had notes to not decrease AC below 72 as would get astronomical bills which made for warm sleeping. Cheapest possible shampoos and generic soap slivers provided/would never use these. Connected wall with neighbor/not a standalone structure. Cameras watching comings and goings. Overall was clean and looked as pictured but didn’t want to spend extra time here. Host was responsive.
