We booked this for a business trip for 2 weeks. On arrival, our staff were so appalled by the state of the property that they have left and found somewhere else to stay for the 2 weeks planned. We specifically chose this site as it looked like it was managed by a company as opposed to an individual but judging by the photos they've shown me no one had been to the property in a while. Issues on the property were: 1) A rentakil rat box in the garden (big enough for a badger!) 2) Cigarette butts all over the patio 3) Garden completely over grown 4) Rubbish all over the garden 5) Cupboard doors broken in the kitchen 6) Toilet seat broken in the bathroom 7) Toilet brush was incredibly dirty 8) No clean towels as promised on Airbnb 9) An extension lead plugged into another extension lead which is a health hazard 10) The whole place was just incredibly damaged and dirty 11) Light fixing broken 12) Smell of damp and urine from downstairs bathroom. 13) Single bed in one room had no legs and was just on the spare room. 14) Washing up left on the draining board 15) Knob missing on the cooker. When we notified the company we were told "no one else has had an issue" and when we offered to send photos we took, they said they'd have to check we didn't make the mess ourselves! I have yet to receive an apology.
