Upstate NY Compound: This property has been in our family for over 20 years and has never been rented. For the first time, as of March 2020, we are pleased to welcome your family into our vacation compound to enjoy it as much as we have! Nevis - Villa 1435: Located on the Grounds of the Four Seasons with Access to All Amenities. My family and I spent four months here in 2020 during covid and have been vacationing here for 15+ years. You will absolutely love our home, the resort and the friendly people! Nevis - Villa 1416: COMING SOON! Completely gut renovated including a new infinity edge pool and hot tub - overlooking the golf course. 2,700 sq ft of modern/five-star living. Three Primary/Master Suites (two with king beds and one with double beds) with En-Suites. The anticipated availability date is early October of 2022.
