This condo is beautiful and has a great view of the ocean. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint is that your not supposed to turn the AC down below 72. It felt like we burned up the entire time we were there and we didn’t sleep good because of this. We had every fan on and the only thing that seemed to help was putting down the room-darkening curtains on the lanai. It would be nice to have an updated TV. In the evenings we would try to watch a movie and we couldn’t get Netflix to open on the tv.

Incredible unit with HUGE kitchen and renovated bathrooms! Kitchen has a huge fridge which was perfect for our family of 4! And it even had a built in ice maker!! Dishes were thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and we loved the fact that there are place settings for 10! Kitchen equipped with everything you need (just bring your own air fryer and you’re set!). Directly on the Gulf Coast beach - everyday we watched the dolphins frolic in the water! The unit has beach towels & chairs, shelling nets and sifters, and sand buckets and shovels! There is DEFINITELY a place to store a Standup paddle board SUP or a kayak down in the garage. We rented one for a week and had it locked up next to our car. No one bothered it. We even kept our personal beach chairs and canopy down there by our car. Practically every other vacationer had some sort of rental/personal items down there (big wave rafts, SUPs, canopies, tents, boogie boards etc). Note: you will need to bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bath soap/body wash and even bathroom hand soap) if you plan to stay more than a day. You also need to bring your own back up paper goods (toilet paper and paper towels) and also dish detergent tablets and even trash bags. There are only one or two of these and it’s not enough if you stay for a week like we did. The TV is a bit challenging (and on rainy days we relied on it) so the property manager brought in an Amazon Firestick and we used our own app accounts and we were set (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ etc). We also brought our own video game console and were able to hook it up with no issues. The wifi is a bit spotty. In the main living room the video games would cut out from time to time. Overall one of the best properties we’ve stayed at- and we paid a pretty penny since it was high summer season. But 110% worth it!!

We really enjoyed our time here and had a great trip! The location is great and I love that we are right on the beach. The pool was heated which was great so we could actually swim in April and it was a perfect temperature. We were able to bike to a lot of places and created some wonderful memories with our family.

Spectacular views, beautifully maintained condo and lanai with comfortable and pretty furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen. Great beach and bike path access, and an easy walk or bike ride to Bailey's for groceries.
