Limit of 6 cars per house. Street Parking Is Not Pemitted. Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft is not permitted at Solara Resort. • THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1-Cost: $35 per day. 2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. 6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. This is optional and may not be available at times. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 All Stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE PURCHASE If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us. Beautiful,spacious, very clean; kitchen well organized with what was needed; our private pool and jacuzzi were heated as requested;quiet neighborhood; TVs in all bedrooms and living room areas. It was inside a resort area that had lots of attractions- kids playground, large swimming pool and snack and drink bar.; ball fields and lots of sidewalks.; well maintained grounds with lots of flowers. Close to Disney- about 15-20 minutes away. We had 9 people in our party and had extra space and we all loved it. The play area which had a foosball game was great fun for adults and children and the basketball game kept them entertained. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The house was amazing and had plenty of space. Host was quick to reply and solve any issues. The location is close to Disney and Universal as well as grocery stores and shopping. There are bath towels but not beach towels so make sure you bring your own for the pool. The only complaint I would have is the neighbors. They had VERY loud house parties with cars parked along the street for multiple nights. We had to contact the security gate who told us they could not do anything until 10 o’clock despite there being clear rules against street parking and house parties. The music was so loud, we could hear it inside our house over the television. After spending a long hot day at the park, the pool is a nice refresher but we could not enjoy it. I understand this is out of the hands of the host, but just be aware of you rent here. There can be very loud parties and they will not attempt to quiet them down until after 10 at night.
Rodrigos place was exactly what our family was looking for the weekend. It was very peaceful and well structured. Im very happy the house had a room on the first floor because it was my first trip with our newborn baby and stairs are a bit scary. Another great feature of the house is that you can see the pool from the kitchen so if you're traveling with kids this is a great home to have a visual to almost all the areas in the first floor. Also, the instructions and house rules placed around the house were also helpful because you dont have to be checking your phone and reminding everyone of what those are.
