The place was great. Had a very beautiful end to the year. Spent 3 nights with my family which included our 3 indie dogs. Great Ambience and peaceful surroundings . The care taker was really courteous and helpful. and a good cook too. Thanks to the host for creating such a magical place. Felt totally at Home. Thanks again..

My stay at this breathtaking wooden villa in Palampur was nothing short of a dream come true! The picturesque surroundings took my breath away as I woke up to the stunning views of the pristine natural hills. The serene quietness of the area provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, making it an ideal getaway for rejuvenation. The team on-site was incredibly helpful and attentive to every need, ensuring that I had a seamless and delightful experience during my entire stay. And of course, I can't forget to mention the exceptional host who made this experience even more special. Their warmth, hospitality, and passion for sharing this hidden gem with travelers like me were evident in every interaction. we had booked all two days activities in Bir and so wanted a house close to Bir while airbnb spotted a house for us in Palampur which is 1.30 hours drive. we lost a lot of money and our time during this holiday . While the house is too beautiful and worth staying for 2 to 3 nights. for someone who wants to paint or write can stay for a month also. the caretaker and the neighbours are superb; The house has the best of scenery one can get. Truly worth the stay as per location of Palampur. i would surely come back knowing its a stay in Palampur.

Overpriced - not worth 7000/- 1. Stay Vista team said the place is located 6.4 kms from bus stand, but it is 9.1 kms of which 3.1 kms are kaccha one lance road 2. There is no Mountain View- want to see mountain, u’ll hav to look at 65 deg up 3. It is in Middle of nowhere, it’s like it’s in a village within Palampur. 4. Stay Vista team did not even bother to reply to my complaint, I kept writing how they have mislead on AirBnB and they should refund because I was in Palampur for some specific work, this place is so inside in middle of no where, neither could I go out on my own nor could I ask people to come and meet me. 5. The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove, I need tea at 5 am there were no tea bags. Thank god I had my own. 6. Only good part of this listing is the caretaker Nirmala ji, if she wasn’t there the stay would have been terrible. She deserve more pay! 7. It upset me that the StayVista team mislead (me n others) n they put the burden on the caretaker to manage.

The property is really beautiful and well maintained. The caretaker Nirmala ji was kind and took good care of our needs. A couple of issues I found, first of which was the web check-in required by the host which is extra from airbnb app and unnecessary in my opinion since it asks for email and phone number (OTP will also be asked) for every guest. Second small issue is that the road to the location is single lane and under construction. When we came on our second night, there was a govt truck putting concrete on the road walls. We had to wait 45 mins for it to clear since the road is narrow. I know the listing mentions the property is secluded (which is nice because of natural surroundings) but even the access to it is 3kms of narrow road away from the city was an unknown thing. Overall for the stay part, it was really good, as mentioned and I also appreciate the host and caretaker’s efforts to make it as nice as possible.
