Joan’s place was a little PEACE of heaven and hidden jewel in a prime location to highways, restaurants, mall and downtown Raleigh. Joan was extremely helpful, responsive, communicative and all around great person to be hosted by. I would definitely and hopefully be able to rebooked with Joan next time I’m in the Garner/Raleigh area. If you get to rent this a property you are lucky. Me and my family had a AWESOME stay at Joan’s place.

Joan was a great host. The house is decorated in a unique matter. It is in one of the best/safest neighborhoods in Raleigh. All the highways are close by. There’s a park near the house too, great for walks. All the beds are very comfortable. This house has everything you need in it, including the kitchen. Joan makes you feel very welcomed and at home. She went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend staying at this house.

Joan is a great host. Constantly checking on me which I loved as I was traveling alone and arrived late at night my first night. She has put so much thought into making sure you have so many things. What a wonderful, thoughtful person. The location is convenient to many restaurants and stores and just about everything really.

This Airbnb was no less than PERFECT! Everything was absolutely amazing, from location to an awesome host. We definitely recommend staying there. Joan has amazing communication, the cottage itself was super welcoming and comfortable with a ton of great touches, and Joan did everything to make it a home away from home. Next time we are coming through Raleigh we are definitely going to see if the cottage is open again, and we definitely recommend you to do the same.
