The house is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, has comfortable beds & is in a great location. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake & mountains!

The house was beautiful and in a safe upscale neighborhood. The view out the back was outstanding. Everything was great except the disgusting dish washing machine. I thought other people who mentioned the dishwashing machine were being picky, they weren't. The inside of the dish washing machine is covered in a black film. We bought paper plates, solo cups and plastic utensils for our stay. I think the place and location is so nice we just decided to deal with it. Unfortunate that they just don't replace the dish washing machine. It would be nice to get $40 refund for the plates , solo cups ( did not realize how expensive those things were), and the box of assorted plastic utensils.

We loved this place, beautiful views, lake was always pretty warm to go on kayaks and play around in the water, great place for fishing even tho there are many people in water we still manage to catch many trout. This place was definitely really fun clean and beautiful.

A property of unimaginable beauty that is situated in close proximity to a lake. The host was incredibly responsive and answered every question that was brought to their attention. Anyone who is seeking for a place to stay in Colorado should definitely consider staying at this home!!

The home was very clean, roomy for our ten family members with an adequately stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Plush towels. Nicely situated among hiking trails and sight seeing sites. The neighborhood itself was quiet. The public gravel road in the rear of the property was constantly traversed by cars from early morning to night. The land surrounding the small lake was always occupied by others. If you are looking for a quiet locale with a private access area, this is not it. The dishwasher was coated in black mold. We cleaned a filthy filter and attempted to sanitize the washer twice with little improvement. I noticed others had commented on this in the recent past with no resolution. We hand washed dishes as my son-in-law had underwent extensive cancer surgery a few weeks prior and I did not wish to expose him to mold/bacteria. Both kayaks were not usable as the seats supports were broken. My son was able to fix the seats. No grill. The plumbing needs to be reevaluated.
