Great location, very clean, nice to be able to use Champions Gate facilities too. Jay was very responsive to all of our questions. Would love to stay there again.

Jay”s place was as described. He was very responsive. The essentials starters were appreciated. The gift basket with snacks and personal items was a nice touch. If I had any suggestions…it would be an additional king bed. Lots of pool tools and beach towels provided. They really go above most Airbnb homes to have the extra things you need.

Had a great time at Jay's place. The house was very roomy and lots of space for my family. The pool, (pool toys & towels) and hot tub was a crowd pleaser, as was the games room on the second floor for the kids and parents. The kings master ensuite was huge with a comfy bed. Lots of beds for everyone, even an extra cot and crib for our grandson. The stroller and highchair also came in handy. It was nice to use the queen ensuite's bathroom for pool access. The kitchen had a nice large fridge with ice maker, which came in handy. Well stocked kitchen. Keurig coffee machine worked great. Use of the barbeque with propane gas was a bonus. We enjoyed both the Oasis and Retreat Clubs-great water slides, lazy river, pools & restaurant. It was excellent that Champions Gate have a free shuttle to take us back & forth. The pool faces the west side, so morning sun is great there but gone mid afternoon.Jay was amazing in getting back to us to answer our questions and very helpful. Thanks Jay
