DISAPPOINTED! This home needs major maintenance, a completely new cleaning staff, and BUG control. The roach reviews before mine were accurate, unfortunately, and it also suffers from excessive flies and fancy ‘shell’ upgrades that hides an extremely old and less-than-well-maintenanced home. Cleaning staff happened to overlook dirty/burn hole sheets, dirty linens in the bathroom and a surplus of other things. I’ve stayed in motels more comforting. Would not consider until major care was put into home, even at value price. Be comfortable with ‘rough’ neighborhoods.

If your looking to start a criminal enterprise this is totally the spot to do it in plenty of foot traffic plenty of crime I suggest you google west Charlotte before you get there matter of fact google the road this home is on someone just got killed right before we arrived the house next door had plenty of people just hanging around loitering host was very responsive until I ask about the area then they stop responding all together we stayed at the house all of 5 mins before checking into a hotel never stayed there at all couldn’t even get a partial refund had to pay for multi nights and cleaning fee despite not staying there at all don’t take my word for it google is right at your finger tips nice home horrible location

Chandler’s place was immaculate. The modern, up to date style, with the comfort and cleanliness of grandma’s place. Great communication and hospitality. Would stay here again anytime!
