The main positives; large terrace and the location. Beautiful views across the rooftops of Barcelona. The location is very central and gorgeous. The negatives...looking past some issues in favour of the terrace and location, this is still worth a stay. However the bathroom smelt strongly of sewers. On entry we were told it would go away once taps were run etc but this was not the case. B&F offered a swap to another apartment in the building which was great, although without a terrace, so not a solution for us. We worked around this with the extractor fan and bathroom door closed. It is up two more flights of stairs than advertised and no help carrying bags; without a strong guest this would be impossible. The oven didn't work and no real solution from B&F during our stay. It is also much smaller than pictured. There were also cockroaches at night on the terrace. The sofa is also not a full sofa bed. We had an amazing stay overall but issues that some users may sadly find deal breakers

El baño huele a alcantarilla, hay muchas cucarachas 🪳 gigantes dentro y fuera de el piso, debes decidir el ma olor en todo el piso o más cucarachas, si dejas la puerta abierta, los anfitriones nunca solucionaron nada. NO lo recomiendo !

Kleine, aber feine Wohnung. Sehr zentral gelegen. Tolle Betreuung, schnelle Reaktion. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

La estancia en general estuvo bien, pero - no sé si porque el piso era estrenar- estuvo desprovisto de varias condiciones básicas y la comunicación por parte del anfitrión ante esto fue prácticamente Nula. Empezamos la estadía por un error de nuestra parte con la llave, pero la respuesta fue inexistente, debimos alquilar otro sitio para dormir, nadie respondió. Por otro lado, el piso era nuevo y limpio pero le faltaban cortinas ( estás expuesto a los terrados de los vecinos y entra la luz a primera hora), la única sartén no era compatible con la placa de induccion, no contábamos con recambio de sábanas y toallas ( era una estadía mensual) y ante ésto otra vez, la respuesta inexistente o muy tardía sin muchos ánimos de solucionar. Otra cosa que quiero remarcar es el Olor a podrido que salía del lavabo (en un ático),será por el barrio pero era realmente insostenible, y que era imposible dejar ventanas abiertas pues afuera había unas cucarachas enooormes que entraban enseguida. ( es sabido que en el Gótico es normal que haya, pero fue una realidad de nuestra estancia) En general, por fuera de ésto, el piso tenía una decoración muy bonita, con excelente ubicación y muy cómodo. El Aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto. Fuera de los inconvenientes volveríamos a alquilarlo si repararan estás condiciones.

It was a good and pleasant stay because of the location and overall cleanliness, check in was good and made easy. Central from everything and plenty to see and do. Cozy place. Though, after check in it was difficult to get a hold of the agency or the floor manager, ignored by the agency overall. Who ever checked us in only contacted us regarding their own requests- regarding an outside arrangement. Minor issues which could have been solved easily. This has been an outrageous year for Airbnb pricing compared to previous years, so it'd be great if the hosts made an attempt to match their services with their pricing.
