Been a week since we spent a month in the Zen Garden & House and miss it everyday. Amazing place that feels so homey. Clean, renovated, nice big shower and tub, comfortable couch, and an amazing bed. I miss that damn bed, king size memory foam with great pillows! Everything worked perfectly fine and is in such epic location - right next to the beach and walkable to Venice and local shops, but far enough away from the hecticness of Venice. I’ve stayed in ALOT of Airbnb’s and Andy was honestly the best host - him and his team are super clear, friendly, accommodative, and responsive. He came by frequently to take care of the building, clean, etc. Him and his team take pride in their place and work! 10/10.

AMAZING!! Stayed here for a month and loved it!! 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of space, designed well, fast Internet, comfortable desk for working at, great balcony. couldn't ask for more!! Very responsive and kind hosts. 11/10!

We stayed at Andy and Aaron's place for a month. Everything was wonderful: It was perfectly clean, they left us all the supplies we needed, the place was cozy and comfortable, and the location was superb (right by the beach). We arrived after staying for a week at an AirBnB we were very disappointed in, and Andy and Aaron's place made everything better. Plus, they were amazing communicators and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend you stay here - completely worth the price!

Great apartment in the perfect location. Just out of the hustle and bustle of Venice but perfect walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and only moments from the beach. I would not recommend the place if you plan on working remotely but the beach supplies is an added bonus for days lazing along the beach. The hosts are so fast at responding and happy to help with anything you need.
