・チェックインの時にタッチキーの電池がきれており入室できませんでした。1時間以上オーナーの電話に連絡を試みましたが、応答も返答がなく結局Airbnbのカスタマーサポートに連絡することでやっと返答が得られました。結局、現地に到着してから部屋の中に入るまでかなりの時間がかかっており、とても疲れました。 ・洗濯機の糸くずフィルター(フィルター部分が全損しておりフィルターが機能していない)、テレビのリモコンの電池のふた、ドライヤーの折りたたむ部分が破損していました。

Overall, the room was as showed in pictures and ok, however, when we arrived for check in at 4:00, which is the time we were advised to arrive, the room was still being cleaned so we couldn’t enter. We just left our suitcases and walked around but the host never informed us when we could return. About an hour later we returned, however, there was no wifi router. We immediately messaged the host asking where it was, but he didn’t respond until midnight at which we had already left the Airbnb and ended up having to stay in a hotel. As international travelers we were counting on the wifi and the lack of communication from the host put us in a bad position. Also, when we arrived we felt the room was not as clean as it should have been with dirt and hair in parts of the room.

It was ok, I had problems with no WiFi at the house but the rest was good!

The windows didn’t provide insulation, it was a shutter type window. The bathroom area was FREEZING COLD! Host asked for “Accommodation fee” outside of the price listed on Airbnb. Obviously I was skeptical and did not pay - I suggest next time to include it in your listing price. The place was already a little pricy and to ask for another fee, was already too much because there was no elevator and barely any insulation. I thought I would get sick taking a bath in a freezing cold bathroom.
