Bbq was really dirty. No charcoal. The kitchen was full of water.

Dear Charles, The house and its grounds are lovely with adequate security, and spacious. The beds were comfortable with adequate bedding. The living room sofa was large and comfortable. Wifi worked very well. The issues we were uncomfortable with were: 1. One of the bathroom shower doors was missing which led to the full bathroom getting wet. 2. No hot water. 3. Inside the shower and sinks were not clean 3. Cutlery and crockery were not sufficient. 4. Crockery especially the mugs had chipped off at the rim.. 5. Cutlery was not clean.
