Nicola是一位很nice的host，我刚到的那天，他和spina去火车站接我，然后带我游览了市中心。他是一名很专业的导游，用另一角度带我游览了好多地方，实在是太精彩了。还有他为我准备的晚餐，太美味了。一切都是美好的。强烈推荐大家到佛罗伦斯的话入住他的家。Ps:好喜欢spina

Nicola是一个非常非常好的人。他很有礼貌，会给客人自己的私人空间，也会在自己力所能及的地方提供你需要的一切。他家很漂亮，也很干净。他英文很好，没有口音，和他用英文沟通无障碍。他养了一只非常可爱和安静的狗狗

Nico’s place is comfy and clean. The bedroom is spacious with sufficient sunlight during daytime. The bathroom and kitchen are clean, provided everything we needed. It’s located in a safe area and convenient to access the attractions (15-30mins), we even visited to Pisa since the transportation is easy to connect with the city centre. Nico is very helpful, kind and responded our questions promptly. As we stayed for 4 nights, Nico even brought us for a tour, so we knew which part of the city we liked to visit. He also provided us a list with restaurants and shops recommendations, really appreciate. Overall, we enjoyed so much staying here and recommend to the guests finding a place to stay in Florence.

We had a great time staying with Nico, super comfortable and had everything we could need. Nico was a very friendly and helpful host, and the room felt very private! The location was perfect for us, though we were visiting family in the area rather than the center, the bus routes are very convenient to take you to central. The area is very quiet and there are also supermarkets and cafes local for convenience. I highly recommend Nico's place - we would love to stay again :)
