I was surprised to find an hotel of this quality on AirBnB. It was only a few quid more than lots of AirBnb properties in the area which were all sharing bathrooms. Shrigley Hall is an exceptional place for the money. My only regret was that there was non stop rain and I had no chance to explore the grounds.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. All staff were friendly and welcoming. A huge bonus for me was that it takes dogs. I didn’t try the pool and spa soo can’t really comment but it looked lovely. I hadn’t realised that the pool was not included in my booking, which was a let down, but the room was reasonably priced so I was also not surprised. Overall a lovely experience and stay

Shringley Hall is a lovely hotel which is set in a beautiful location. The pool/spa costs £20-60 extra per time depending upon the time of day yet this wasn’t mentioned in the booking.

I stayed for 2 nights which were reasonable priced. Finding it was easy and once arrived given details of room and best place to park. Room was ok, not great but had everything you needed. It’s best if you pre-pay for breakfast as cheaper, there is plenty to choose from. Check-in and check-out really simple, with an 11am leave time. There were functions on but my room was far enough away not to be bothered by the noise. All and all a good stay and would book again if visiting the area.
