Make yourself a cup of coffee and walk through the double arched French doors onto the roofed terrace and have your morning coffee in the couch while watching the sunrise overlooking the villa plot of 9000m2. Have your breakfast at the spacious roofed balcony directly accessible from the open space kitchen and living room at the upper level of the villa. Go for a hike at the rural unused dirt trail passing by just outside the property or take the 750 meters steep walk through the olive grove down the hill to the port of Agios Nikolaos where you will enjoy the tranquillity and cosiness of being in a small port with no hotels or resorts. Rent a boat and snorkel in one of the many sea caves or find a secluded shallow water sandy beach with complete privacy. Beat the crowds to the world-famous Shipwreck beach and Blue Caves by an organized boat trip from the port as it is the closest port to these wonders. Take a day trip to Kefalonia or simply have lunch at one of the seven tavernas, buy some fresh bread at the bakery or relax at the beach in the port or one of the seven other beaches within a short drive. Have a drink at the cocktail bar or the café and shop some groceries in the grocery store before returning to the villa. Back at the villa, choose your favourite spot to read a book among the 1200m2 developed outdoor areas or take a swim with a view in the infinity pool. Grab a cold beverage or an ice cream from the fridge in the pool room next to the pool. Relax in one of the many sun loungers at the sunny pool area or in the shade at one of the roofed terraces. Within a few kilometers you find the perfect combination of shallow water sandy beaches, amazing sea caves for snorkelling, secluded beaches surrounded by steep cliffs and tavernas built into the cliffs. This makes the North-Eastern tip of Zakynthos truly unique and cannot be found anywhere alike neither at Zakynthos, the other Ionian Islands and to the best of our knowledge nowhere else in Europe. At the northern tip of Zakynthos the valley of Agios Nikolaos is perfectly situated to explore these wonders and in the middle of this valley surrounded by olive groves you will find Villa Anatoli in an elevated secluded position on a steep hillside overlooking the sea, the port of Agios Nikolaos and the eastern coastline of Zakynthos. Compared to other villas in the area, Villa Anatoli: 1) is easy to get to by car, as it is located all by itself as the last villa at the end of a paved road. Many villas can only be reached by steep and narrow dirt roads which especially can feel uncomfortable in the evening when returning from a restaurant or when passing cars going to an adjacent villa. 2) is within walking distance of the small cozy port in Agios Nikolaos with two small beaches, tavernas and boat rental. Only a very few villas are located inside the valley of Agios Nikolaos and only these villas are accessible by the old unused rural dirt trails within the valley. For villas outside the valley you can only get to Agios Nikolaos by the main roads. 3) is secluded and private located in the middle of olive groves with 100 meters to the only neighbor. Many villas are located closer to each other with multiple neighbors. 4) is turning southeast with roofed terraces turning southeast, poolarea turning south and open air terraces turning southwest, thereby providing both shaded and sunny areas throughout the day. Many villas turn northeast with the pool in front of the villa thereby only having sun at the pool in the morning and not during the afternoon. 5) has a large infinity pool of 50 square meters (5 * 10 meters) covered by sun throughout the day. 6) has both a charcoal grill and a Weber gas grill 7) has breathtaking views of the sea and the coastline throughout the property. The villa is cleaned twice a week and the gartner and pool service drops by three times a week to keep indoor and outdoor living areas impeccable and ready to be used for the ultimate holiday relaxation.
