Crimilda is a great, friendly hostess. The room is clean, large and cozy. Good internet and a place to work. There is a shop and a laundry next to the house. It was very nice to stay at your house, thank you! )

Crimilda foi muito atenciosa comigo, ela e sua filha na verdade. O check-in foi bem tranquilo, apesar do meu ônibus ter atrasado um pouco do previsto, ela foi super compreensiva e me disse para ficar despreocupado. Me senti em casa e com toda certeza em uma próxima viagem ao Paraguai ficarei novamente na casa dela. Sem contar o dálmata lindo que ela tem!

Everything about this stay was excellent: The room was clean, quiet, spacey and well-decorated. Although the bathroom is shared, Crimelda doesnt always book the other room, which means that you may have the whole space + bathroom all to yourself. There is a wonderfull patio outside. The place is secure, in a nice and safe local neighbourhood, in walkable distance to the heart of downtown ( 20 min), and there is a very good supermarket as well as a park nearby. Internet is very good, airconditioning and hot water are very good . As there is an independent entrance to your room, it feels like you are in your own appartment. Crimelda is always available should you need her, and she truly is a superhost. This is a very good place for both return visits as well as longer stays.
