The location of the accommodation feels a bit remote to the national park, but the house is nice and cozy. Maxime's guidance was so perfect that I didn't have any further questions to ask.

Wir haben uns mit dem Betreten des Hauses direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich problemfrei versorgen kann. :) Am Besten fanden wir den Außenbereich, der unglaublich viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten bot! Man kann zu jeder Tageszeit in der Sonne sitzen und den schönen Garten genießen. Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir erleben durften! ❤️ Vielen lieben Dank dafür, Maxine!

We had a lovely time! Six of us decided to get out of the city for our Spring Break, and this cottage was exactly what we needed. It's in a small neighborhood but the house itself has great privacy. Definitely snug, but it worked perfectly for us. Many areas in and around the house to sit and relax, as well as enjoy the quiet. The locals are very nice, and we got everything we needed from the local stores. We went at a time when many of the main Sequoia National Park roads were closed for the winter, so we had to drive a good distance to get to a trailhead. However, if you go during the open season, this is definitely the place to be. The hosts are responsive and answer any questions, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Maxine’s place was great and cozy. We were working the entire time and wifi held up great. The yard and doggy door was amazing for our dog and for us too, great place to hang out, we found ourselves taking breaks and laying in the yard. There’s few hikes in the area (30 or less) but the scenery is gorgeous, truly one of the prettiest places I’ve been to. Some things to call out, you’re not in a secluded area and are in a neighborhood, the dogs next door bark a lot for long periods of time. Most of the good hikes are at least 1.5 hours away minimum, not sure if roads were closed or something but they were far away. Would definitely stay there again!
