Appartamento situato al terzo piano senza ascensore. La zona era ottima ma l’appartamento da sistemare. Il bagno molto piccolo e senza box doccia. Mobili datati e rovinati. Molto rumoroso e senza praticamente finestre.

Fairly true to listing - the room isn’t like others in perissos hotel, it is uniquely small. Pros: - location is unbeatable - amazing staff - very clean Cons: - low roof makes place feel cramped - quite a bit of noise from construction next door - bathroom is tiny Ended up leaving early because new water pump was installed (right next to room) which made a high pitch noise that was unbearable. If you stay here, make sure they have gotten it fixed. Overall it’s fair value for money.

3 stars: I removed points for the wifi and the housekeeping service. Specifically: - Unreliable wifi. Sometimes fast enough to videocall. Other times disappears altogether. Slows down during peak hours of guest internet usage. Owner should buy better infrastructure. (When I asked about it, owner did not reply.) - Housekeeping did not do room on final day. Also, at one point they left my door unlocked after changing my linens. The owner / manager did not reply to concerned my messages about this through AirBnB. In positives: - The location is excellent. - The pool is very nice. - The staff is kind and earnestly tries to help. (Albeit hey are frequently powerless or ineffective (eg not prompt at checking their texted messages at 9pm.) - Ang-Win in particular increased my enjoyment of my stay For the money, this place suited my needs. Do not expect excellent accommodations but it's fine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iwan’s place in Canggu, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, only a short 5 minute walk to echo beach and a ton of restaurants nearby. The staff were some of the most attentive I have ever encountered, always answering my questions and fulfilling my requests. One of the things that stood out to me was how well they cleaned the room whenever requested. It was spotless every time! Overall I would highly recommend Iwan’s place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Canggu.
