The house was very clean and as described. I thought the location was beautiful and we loved the waterfront view and the firepit. Fireworks Saturday night over the cove was an unexpected treat! We had an issue with a carbon monoxide detector going off so called 911 to come check it out to be safe and nothing was detected, but other than that it was perfect! My husband said the coffee pot had to be thoroughly cleaned before using. The beds were small (full size I'd say) so glad we had extra to spread out as we are used to a king. The location is close to everything and we ate some great food at Robertos in Bristol. Overall very pleased and had a great time. Jesse was very responsive anytime I messaged her. I felt the price was high but realize it was a holiday weekend and thats what the market is. But it basically was $1,000 a day which is excessive to me. I really appreciated her cancellation policy and payment schedule.

A great family beach house in Island Park and space to accommodate a number of guests. With a large deck and outdoor seating overlooking the water it’s a perfect Rhode Island summer rental.

We had a wonderful time at Jesse’s place. the house is located on a peaceful channel of water which made for breathtaking views and was secluded enough away from main roads so it was peaceful, but yet at the same time was close enough to the main attractions in the area so everything was just a short drive away. Jesse also provided 4 kayaks that we were able to put in the water and use , which we really enjoyed. The house itself was clean and reasonably priced, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were prestine. Jesse was very communicative and was proactive in telling us about the public right of way as well as telling us when the garbage was to be taken out. Jesse was a great host and there is so much to do in the Newport/ portsmouth area. this was a great trip for myself, my fiance, and another couple. I highly recommend a stay at this home and hopefully we will be returning ourselves.
