It is a beautiful house and very nice view. The owner and staffs were very friendly and helpful. Everything is perfect, except we have to wall down the hill to get to the beach about 450 yards and right at the beach, there is a sewer system that people in that area drain waste water into the beach cause bad smell.

Where do I begin? I hadn’t been to El Salvador for 30 years and this visit was incredibly special for me and my family. Yanira’s home was everything we needed. The views are incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice. The house was BIG and the AC ran COLD to escape the extreme heat every day. The caretakers Noemi & Daniel were the kindest souls. Noemi made us breakfast for first two days and it was delicious. The walk to the beach was super short and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. I can’t forget the pool. My 7 year daughter learned to swim in that pool today. How special is that?! Book this place! You will not regret it. I will say the best place we ate was Beto’s and it was a 2 minute drive. This place is ran like a 5 star resort. Would love to visit again. Thank you for everything!

The location is great and beautiful, it feels very safe, quiet, and great proximity to private beach. Proximity to Surf City restaurants is also great. The caretaker, Nohemi, was very helpful and polite throughout the whole stay, and the owner Yanira was also very responsive. Thank you! We had a beautiful stay!

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar con amigos y familia! Las personas que limpian la casa son muy amigables y siempre están al pendiente de lo que se necesite, es una propiedad privada y está a 5 min caminando de la playa!
