Overall, our stay at Rashid apartment was mediocre. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was a plus. However, there were some drawbacks. The lighting in the salon was weak, making it difficult to relax or read comfortably, and the kitchen lacked essential tools, Despite these shortcomings, the apartment's location was convenient, with everything we needed close by. Additionally, Rashed, the host, was exceptional. He was always available and eager to assist whenever we needed him, making our stay more enjoyable. With a bit more attention to detail and improvements in the salon lighting and kitchen tools, and take care of the building it self, this place has the potential to be a great stay.

Wonderfull stay. Lot of resturants and markets on walking distance. Mall of muscat just 10 minutes on car. Airport 25 minutes on car. Host is very helpful.

Super host, always responsive when needed. Pity we didn't meet but so be it. The building is located in a dead end street. Flat is on the top floor which makes it very hot in summertime but the flat has modern airconditioning. Lots of restaurants and shops around the corner. Hospital and pharmacy nearby. It's a safe area. Flat is spacious and all amenities are there. Traffic is very heavy in that area. Busstop is at the end of the street. I enjoyed my stay very much and sure will go back.

The best thing about Rashad's place is Rashad himself. He's a very intelligent, friendly, competent and responsible host. He picked us up from the airport, even though our flight was delayed for over 90 minutes. Any issue we had with the apartment was dealt with in a very timely manner by his very capable caretaker Mura. The location is a little far from the main city, but all conveniences are located nearby: restaurants, supermarket and a big shopping mall. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean and secure: to enter, you're given a card that unlocks the main door to the apartment block. It is also very quiet. We spent sixteen days there, left for Salalah, and when we return to Muscat, we'll spend the last ten days in the same apartment: Rashad was kind enough to block the five days we're spending in Salalah, so that we did not have to relocate our things. I highly recommend this and any place that Rashad rents out

I will definitely recommend Rashid place starting from a very helpful Host all the way to a nice flat. The Host (Rashid) was soo helpful and responded to any inquiries very quickly He gave local recommendations which was helpful He also picked me up from the airport even though i arrived at 4am which was really helpful after a long flight. I have stayed in the apartment for a month and I didn’t regret choosing it for sure. The house was good nothing extra, it have everything you will need for a long stay exactly as the pictures. There is shops and restaurants just under the apartment but you will definitely need a car to reach anything other then groceries and restaurants There is 2 different car rental office within walking distance with reasonable prices. I rented from Badr rentals and it was way cheaper then the airport for a month car rent . Overall i enjoyed my time there and will re-book if i ever come back to the area.
