We really enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Apartments. The apartment has everything we needed and the location was well situated in the Mitte section. It was close to an an amazing Vietnamese restaurant, shopping, and public transportation. But our favorite part of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to answer any questions and to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We totally recommend them for a great stay in Berlin!

Our stay with Downtown Apartments - Mitte was a perfect end to our travels in Europe. The unit was lovely with a large balcony and many windows allowing us to open up and enjoy the warm, sunny weather we experienced. The location is exceptional. Close to many restaurants, stores (grocery and a liquor store!), and with a fun bar, The Castle, downstairs. Best of all, access to public transportation is right out the front door. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful. I recommend Downtown Apartments - Mitte to anyone looking to have a comfortable stay in Berlin.

Loved this place. Helpful, friendly reception staff. Amenities could not have been better. The location was so easy, across the road from S and U bahn connections and local shops and supermarket on doorstep. Extremely clean and modern accommodation. Nice decking balcony too.

Host responsive when self service kiosk was working when we arrived late in the evening. During normal business hours they have a front desk 'concierge' that was very friendly. Apartment was great with a large patio balcony overlooking the park. Bed was comfy, kitchen was functional for meal prep but doesn't have a microwave. WiFi was fast but the nice Samsung smart TV is locked to Germany cable TV with no streaming services. I had to lift it off its mount in order to plug in a HDMI cable so we could use our iPhones for streaming Netflix etc Laundry available in basement at no charge

Very good quality mattress, great layout of the apartment, excellent sound proofing of the windows. Location is a dream, so well communicated with U-bahn, S-Bahn, Tram. Staff at reception is amongst the friendliest and most helpful I ever met on all my travels. Great selection of restaurants, breakfast places, suggested by the host. Availability provided, I will definitely look into staying here again on a next visit.
