Mike’s home is phenomenal! Pictures really do not do it justice. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mike is an exceptional host- truly deserving of a 5 Star rating.

This was our extended family's second year celebrating Thanksgiving here. It's great having so much space, two kitchens, and rooms to sleep in. We're hoping for a third year...

We held our family's summer vacation this year at Mike's home in Garden City. The location and views are unmatched in the area. We brought our boat and stored it in the private lot behind the lighthouse. The marina entrance is right in front of the lighthouse. We enjoyed the local restaurants and store, all with in minutes from the home. The home is very spacious with multiple bedrooms and two kitchens. The gathering spaces were very comfortable for 20 of us, 11 grandchildren under 14. Recent expansion of the parking area allowed us to park 4 vehicles and two trailers. Mike was very responsive to any issues and responded within minutes of any inquiries. We would book the home again without any hesitation.
