Emplacement exceptionnel : tout est accessible à 5 minutes de marche, vue sur la mer, glacier et skate park pour les enfants, restaurant et attrait touristique pour les parents. Un peu bruyant le matin car beaucoup de bus et de grosses voitures bruyantes des 7h mais ça reste très convenable. La maison est cosy et on s’y sent chez nous.

Very central spot to downtown Napier. Clean and tastefully (albeit minimally) decorated with comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. It’s situated right on the Marine Promenade by all the tourist hotels and across from the skate park so not super private. We didn’t feel comfortable opening windows or blinds and there was only street parking so parked a few blocks down at the Shoreline Hotel who manages this rental. They recommended parking at hotel because its the safer parking option due to recent car break ins. All that said - we felt safe and enjoyed being walkable in Napier and having a nice space to come back to at the end of the day.

Location wise it was cool place but during booking should mentioned that it has off road parking. Its really hard to find parking near the appartment at day time because its busy area. found ants in bed luckily found before get into bed. we ordered pizza for dinner and left few in the box for morning breakfast on the table unfortunately found ants all over the pizzas in the morning. Food got waste and had to buy something else for breakfast. Its a beautiful place to stay but please improve hygiene and maintenance. People are not paying that much money to stay at the place like this where when they ready to go to bed and found ants on bed.

Great location, right across from beach, skate park and walking distance to acquarium and shops, cafes/restaurants. Good value for money, basic but very modern.
