This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Yosemite. It was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. As described, there are a few flights of steps to get into the unit. it's a pretty easy and beautiful drive to Yosemite Valley. I would highly recommend staying here!

Just FYI, if u have T-Mobile carrier, before you head to the Airbnb, make sure u screenshot the entry since there is no signal around the area.. I am glad that I could retrieve my email that Ben/Georgetta shared the day before so I can access to the key holder. The place is nice and peaceful but make sure u have to take the stairs so it is not wheelchair accessible.

Ben and Georgetta's apt was great for our 3 day stay at Yosemite west for my son and myself. The apt was BETTER than the description! The furniture was all nice and comfortable and clean. There were extra (and very plush) towels, sheets and blankets. And the kitchen was terrific. It was large with nice modern high end appliances and a huge selection of plates, pots and pans, kitchen appliances. There was a Keurig coffee machine as well as conventional coffee maker. The internet is very fast (200 mps) despite previous reviews, perhaps it is a different service (Star link?). The TV was larger than in the pictures. The 53 steps to the house were easy to negotiate (wide) and parking very convenient. As other reviews have said, the drive to the valley is not long (~30 min) and a bonus was that you go thru the famous tunnel and can see a great view above and below the tunnel. We stopped each time (mornings and evenings) since the light was always different.

Ben & Georgetta were incredibly responsive and we always felt like they were just a call away. A small welcome packet with snacks and wine awaited us when we arrived. Everything was organized and clean, and as described. Heaters and hot water worked perfectly, especially important during the late fall and early winter, keeping us feeling comfy. Location was incredibly convenient, less than 30min from all the major attractions in the park. Checkin and checkout was easy and well communicated before hand. Highly recommend.

My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed. We stayed 6 nights. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day with ease, thanks to the variety of kitchen supplies. The living room is cozy. The internet worked great. The location was perfect for our hikes. We hiked everyday; location is not far from Trailhead to Taft point, sentinel dome and Glacier Point. This Airbnb is a hiker’s dream place and the perfect base camp to recharge/recover after a long day of hiking.
