The communication with Sara was great, extremely quick at getting back to us with any questions. The condo is super clean, easy to get to and alway free parking available on the street. Thankfully the building has an elevator. Location is central to everything. One downturn was that when we arrived there was a notice that we could not surpass 50kw of electricity per week which I had never seen before after years of traveling and staying at tons of Airbnb’s. I have no idea how much 50kw is and if I use the washer, the AC or microwave how much do they consume, this was not stated on the listing when I booked otherwise I would have chosen something else as it created more stress than anything else and did not let us enjoy the place fully. Aside from that, the place is great, just ask before you book if this is still the case.

Appartamento confortevole e accessoriato per passare una vacanza al mare. Vicino alle spiagge e ai supermercati. Pulito e ordinato.

Sara is very nice and helpful. She met me in everything we needed. Baby cot, late departure. Thank you very much. The only small minus I give is the view from the balcony. The view is to the courtyard and the wall of the building. The view is not as nice as in the first photo. We were looking forward to the terrace, it's a shame. Anyway the accommodation is very clean and the apartment nice and spacious. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Spotlessly clean, spacious apartment. Handy for beaches and two good supermarkets in walking distance. Twenty minute walk to the old town. Would use again.

Sara è stata super gentile e disponibile. La casa in una posizione fantastica e con un sacco di servizi nel quartiere. Lo consiglio per chi volesse un appartamento con tutti i comfort e volesse essere vicino al mare.
