When we booked this stay, we were told it included beach service. I received a text about a month before our stay but well after the full refund period that beach service would no longer be provided. Then, I was told I’d receive a $125 credit, which I have yet to receive. I reserved the room for 6 people. Upon arrival, we only had 3 pool bands. I notified management, received the next day. Also upon arrival, both sinks in the kitchen were full of dirty dish water, which was not cleared by using garbage disposal. After notifying management, they sent a repairman the next day but well after they told us he would be there. The accommodations were pretty, but not worth the overall fee. By the time all the fees and extras are added in along with the additional cost of beach service, the cost was excessive and double the quoted rate.
