Five-star house! The house was very updated with an unbelievable of both lakes. The house was well maintained and had everything you need to feel right at home. The location provided access to the town (even walkable), but also felt private as it was far enough away to have time to ourselves. We are definitely planning to return in the future.

We have been coming to Grand Lake for years and always wanted to rent a house up on the hill. And this is definitely one of those houses. House has an awesome layout and view and very spacious. We ended up with only 3 couples there and they all want to return next winter for another trip. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Plenty of space for 10 of us. We had a great time. Had to go buy basics like napkins, paper towels and tissues but plenty of dishes,pans etc in kitchen. Coffee maker is not just a Keurig but regular drip Coffee too which was nice. comfy linens and towels. Very nice house with amazing views and plenty of parking space for four trucks and a trailer in winter - hard to find in the mountains!

The home was beautiful and a good location with great views. Our reservation included an infant, and the host failed to mention their listing included a high chair, but they currently didn't have one. Host communicates quickly close to dates of our trip but was not responsive the few months before our trip. We were not aware of the maximum dog rule until a week before our stay, and we're disappointed as we had messaged the host early on to double-check those things. She was accommodating, though, considering the unresponsive earlier message. There were multiple pack and plays, fans, white noise machines, and a well stocked kitchen. There were no tissue boxes, and the hot tub was 125 days overdue for maintenance and water chages. Overall this was a great place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It’s obvious this is a well loved home and very well stocked. All the little details were thought of. We lacked for nothing in the kitchen, and plenty of towels for the hot tub. This place is so close to town with great views, and easy access to grand lake activities. We absolutely plan on returning to enjoy it in the summer months. We stayed here over MLK with the snowstorm, and the requirement for four-wheel-drive is an absolute must!
