The stay was affordable (which folks can appreciate when traveling on a budget)…the location was EXTREMELY convenient and the property was spacious, cozy and quiet, with some lovely features (skylights, bunny sightings outside, 7-eleven next door). I also appreciated having access to the thermostat, laundry room, cable tv and a generous array of good quality kitchenware. The bedsheets/quilt were heavily stained from what looked like a previous water leak but there were other blankets available to swap it out with so it didnt affect the quality of our stay/sleep. The hosts were accommodating, friendly and responsive- would definitely book again!

Trevor and Caroline are amazing hosts and will do everything to make your stay lovely. The loft apartment is clean and comfy with a nice bed. The loft is part of a large property that houses other guest groups. There are yard games to enjoy the new lawn. We found our neighbors to be friendly and fun even though we weren’t aware of the property’s features. It’s a busy neighborhood but has great access to downtown. Be aware that the parking is allotted and needs to be respected. We had a good stay and recommend the loft. It’s not ideal for elderly or disabled folks but continuous improvements are underway.

This is by far one of the most wonderful Air BnB experiences I’ve ever had! I have travelled extensively with Air BnB for years. My partner, dog, and I stayed here for 6 weeks while doing a mix of work from home and exploring. The apartment feels so cozy and homey, but has plenty of room to stretch out and relax. We appreciated having a well stocked kitchen, very comfy bed, access to the closet to hang our belongings, a full sized bathroom, and the ability to bring our pup along! The WiFi is very strong and reliable and was able to handle 2 people working online at the same time including streaming video calls simultaneously. The apartment is just a quick walk over to an entrance to the sea to shining sea walking and biking path. We took our dog for a walk on this path 2x a day , both early in the morning and at night. We always felt safe and noticed that everyone was really good about wearing face masks as well. You can also walk to Main St in 10 mins, and walk or drive to the beach quickly. It was noted in the description that this apartment is in a business area and you may hear noise from neighboring businesses. For us, the sound was not a problem. It is not constant and not overly loud. If you are an extremely light sleeper and prefer to sleep in late, a pair of ear plugs should resolve that issue completely. The cherry on top is that Caroline is a fantastic host. She is so quick to respond to any questions and was always easy to communicate with and very friendly and personable. She included thoughtful small touches that set her apart as a host. She ensured that we had a perfect stay and I highly recommend her as a host! You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here.

Caroline’s place was perfect for our trip to the Cape. She was very responsive and helpful in providing local tips! The place is in the perfect location and within walking distance to downtown. Definitely recommend a stay here!
