Good location and accommodating host. However, we had many issues with the lock. It was difficult to unlock/lock the apartment's door and it would make an alarmingly loud noise every time. You have to pull the door in to make sure the lock aligns with its hole. There would also often be no hot water for showering. The hot water would often run out after 1 or 2 people showered, or sometimes even for the first person to shower in the morning. We would shower in frigid cold water.

The door is REALLY difficult to operate with poor instruction on how to. The block is very noisy and poor sound insulation between apartments. Despite you being told you will be fined for noise after 10pm, no one else seems to care. The double bed is a sofa bed that wants to collapse on you every 5 mins and makes the most noise I’ve ever heard from a bed. There is no curtain for the rear door, in the double bedroom to block out light, good job I wake up early anyway

Excelente piso muy bien ubicado a pasos del metro y cercano a lugares como la sagrada familia a la cual pudimos acceder caminando. Además existe gran cantidad de comercio cerca por lo cual es fácil el acceso a supermercados, negocios, restaurantes, etc El anfitrión siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos a solucionar los detalles necesarios. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento

A good place to stay in Barcelona with easy access to metro and grocery stores nearby. Bar downstairs good for breakfast.
