Thank you for the excellent accommodations and amenities! This was the best place for our family reunion! Each family had their space and the common spaces were perfect for playing games, gathering for meals, hanging out, and more. An immaculate house, the kitchen is a great size and well equipped with the best of appliances. Food prep with several people was not only possible, but enjoyable. Having so many bathrooms was awesome. The yard and waterfront was fun for all. Most importantly, it gave us the opportunity to be together and create treasured memories.

Gorgeous house on the water. We had such a great time at Joan’s. It was spotless and the kitchen had been refinished, so it was even nicer than the pictures. We loved all the space, the many bathrooms , the back porch, and the dock-among other things. This house was really, really nice, and we highly recommend it as a great home to stay at in the area.

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out and plenty of bathrooms. Joan had a welcome basket waiting for us filled with snacks and everything you need to make s’mores! Joan was responded promptly by text if we had any questions or needed anything. The house was stocked with everything you could think of. We really enjoyed the private pier to fish and crab but would have loved to swim off the pier but there were way too many jelly fishes. Definitely a trip to cherish and remember for years to come!

We have never found a more perfect place for our annual reunion. All the little details done for you, squeaky clean everywhere, with the waterfront, kayaks, and pier the perfect place for both kids and adults. A serene, beautiful location. You cannot find a better hostess than Joan.
