Picturesque country home, newly built, 2015. Location is 2 miles North of Emporia State University within 4 miles of the DK starting line! We reside on the main level of the home with our dog Paul, however there is a separate entrance to the walkout lower level. Ample living room with 65" TV and pool table, no kitchen but will have access to small refrigerator and coffe pot. King bed in largest room with seating area. Non smoking home. Quiet country setting with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
