When we arrived the place was dirty, the kitchen had spoiled food, the bathroom floor was full of mud, they never bothered to give us the items that were included in the Airbnb rates, they charge a non-existing cleaning service, there was no toilet or kitchen paper even when they charge that, the Host Ralf and his wife are disrespectful and problematic and as they live in the apartment below, they entered to our room without permission several times, in the middle of our stay the host asked us to leave the next day for a situation that he never knew how to explain causing us a huge stress since we are working and living here, then he told us that we could continue with our stay because he had no reason to kick us out, it was horrible and unpleasant stay, and when we finally made the checkout, the host continued harrasing me with messages for no reason, I had to block him to stop talking to me. I do NOT recommend it at all!
