Well maintained house with excellent ambiance. Both Sonia and Richard are very friendly. highly recommended. Felt like home. I hope I will meet again. Thank you for hosting. Enjoyed the days.

Sonia was a friendly host who really made us feel welcome, she also allowed us an early check in which we appreciated. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the furnishings and linen let the room down, The towels and bed linen are well used and need replacing and the floor creeks really badly.

Sonia's place was convenient for me as it was quite close to a sports competition I was competing in. It was very quiet which is good. However the room itself I found rather cold, both in temperature and atmosphere. I was not a big fan of rather dim, single grey LED ceiling light. There is no TV available which I found disappointing, but thats my fault for not fully reading the amenities small print prior to booking. The 2 towels supplied I found very harsh and abrasive. The 'house rules' stipulating that any requirement of more than the single toilet roll supplied was up to me to provide and the checkout requirement to fully strip down the bedding before leaving I found slightly annoying as there is a cleaning charge. (I never do leave a mess). I saw and met nobody during my 2 night stay. The house appears to be lived in by a family, so I found this quite odd, however all remote checkin and room location info was promptly provided by txt and was clear and easy to follow.

Sonia's place was comfy and felt home away from home. It was commutable to work and local shops, restaurants. Room was clean and enjoyed my stay. Would recommend.
