As the partner of someone having surgery it is close to the hospital and felt safe on my own at night. The room is comfortable, more than enough storage space, has all the amenities and a lovely guy, Innocent, who very discreetly came in each day to service the room (made sure I was out). I would highly recommend this as a base for visiting Cape as a tourist or for business. It has the best work station I have encountered in an Air B and B. Wynand was very helpful and amenable and it felt very easy and relaxed. I would highly recommend it and if more than two people there are alternatives (one with a pool and very large).

We went to take part in The Two Oceans Ultra Marathon and the place was perfectly situated for the start, finish and great restaurants. Close to shopping centers so we didn’t need a car except to get to the airport

Perfect for our needs. Stayed for two weeks. Appreciated the fact that it was load shedding proof for work. Innocent looked after us so well and Wynand is an excellent host and proactive. THANK YOU SO MUCH. We will stay again and highly recommended.

Very friendly and responsive host. Stunning self contained unit with all you'll need for a short or even longer stay. Lots of small touches by host to make it very welcoming. Apparently quite difficult to find a vacant slot and I can see why. Took me 15min to Green Point to meet friends. Also a reasonable drive to the airport. Forries down the road and a walk in the Forrest is a must. Thanks.
