Private tucked away house overlooking the river. Minutes from downtown and all the action. We stayed here as a base camp to ski at Sunlight for 2 days, it was great. Well stocked kitchen, comfort beds and furniture. Communicative host. Would repeat.

Nice quiet location in Glenwood Springs. Loved the record player, lots of books, and games. Well stocked kitchen that had all the amenities that we needed. Comfortable beds & cozy living room with t.v. Liked that we had access to the garage that fit our suburban. It is 18 steps up to the main floor & the spacious master bedroom is on the top floor that has 15 steps up to it. Master bath has soaking tub, double sinks and huge walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms are on the main floor with the living room & the kitchen. There is a full bath next to the two bedrooms with tub/shower and a half bath next to the kitchen, that was very nice. If you like to walk, you can head out down the road to the river and walk along the Riverwalk. Lynn's house overlooks the roaring Fork River. Everything was clean and we would highly recommend Lynn's place in Glenwood Springs.

We were really happy that we stayed here. The place was bigger and much nicer than we expected. The location is great too being right next to the river. Will definitely choose this place again if we go back!

Lynn was a great host! She kept in touch from the beginning and was quick to respond. The place itself was great! Great kitchen, open and spacious rooms and had everything we needed. View from upstairs deck was beautiful!

Lynn was extremely responsive; she returned texts promptly. She gave us numerous ideas re: things to do in the area. I can’t say enough great things about this host. Great place to stay!
