Maria and her family were very welcoming. My driver and I figured out how to get into the complex with Maria's help. She stayed in touch from the time I told her I was on my way from Guanajuato City. This is in a perfect location! 5 minute walk to Soriana and a 10-15 minute walk to the Malecon. There are plenty of shops/restaurants/markets/banks and pharmacies within walking distance. The complex was also very secure. Maria and her family were wonderful and helpful. If I needed anything it was provided. I loved the washer/dryer! The internet worked great. I worked remotely the entire time and never had any issues. This included a couple of zoom meetings. The only con is other units with smoking tenants. There is no a/c so I had to keep my windows open and 2nd hand smoke was an issue, especially late evenings when I slept. Maria moved me to another unit but it was still a problem. Maybe I'm just sensitive to it. Otherwise, this is an awesome Airbnb!

Another great stay at Maria Esther's place. The apartments are nice and have everything you would possibly need. Maria and her family are really wonderful people. Many thanks for another great stay.

Maria Esther is very communicative, helpful and caring. I had everything I needed for my stay. Outside of each unit there is a pleasant sitting area which was nice. Nearby there was a small shop selling some useful items. The Soriana hypermarket is about a 10 minute walk. The Malecon is a slightly longer walk but there are plenty of shops and local eateries on the way to explore. On arrival at the Malecon there's lots to see and do beside Lake Chapala.Thanks for everything Maria Esther!

I’m a senior solo woman who stayed about ten nights. I felt safe and comfortable and had everything I needed. The nights were quiet. I was able to walk everywhere. Very close to Soriana department store and the Monday market.
