The apartment was very clean and the instructions were clear and obvious. Charles gave plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to eat and drink. The number 3 bus has a stop right outside and takes less than 10 minutes to get into the centre.

We had a fantastic stay at Charles’s place we were attending an event in the SSE Arena so the location was ideal & only a short walk into the city centre. Everything was as described & there was great communication would definitely recommend 😊

A lovely little location in the outskirts of Belfast. On the bus service metro 3, would defo recommend downloading the app for the buses app prior to your arrival to make getting to the property easy. Quick and easy check in, the place was lovely and very warm. Good provision of washing machine and dishwasher. Slightly louder from the neighbours but that was to be expected considering it was St Patrick’s Day. My only gripe would be the cleanliness of the place and the courtyard needs attention. The place itself was okay but just lacked the details (we found cutlery and bowls still dirty with food on them and a lot of cobwebs and dust). In the courtyard there was a vast amount of rubbish and smelly food waste so just the basics need to have attention to detail. Oh and a loo roll holder would be fab! Overall, a nice find, will recommend to others, good proximity to town, with a few bits of dusting and a general tidy will be a five star.
