All I have is praise for Made and his staff. The home is set gorgeously on rice terraces and is surrounded by stunning landscaping. Made is so attentive and always had our interests in mind. I don'teven know what else to say! It was a super relaxing local experience where we could really see real Balinese life. And to add, it's not often you find a place you start referring to as home. Rajapala was that place.

Accommodation as described, quiet and isolated area, mandatory to rent a scooter, it is possible to do it directly from Made. There are no nearby restaurants, recommended for those who want peace and want to cook independently

Это милый деревенский домик посреди рисовых полей. Здесь тишина, уединённость, умиротворяющий вид, чувство "я дома". Да, тут муравьи, жучки, гекконы - это природа. Дом очень простой, но есть всё, что нужно - удобная кровать, кондиционер, душ с тёплой водой, собственный кухонный уголок, рабочий стол. Внутри дома темновато из-за маленьких окон, зато есть большая терраса. Мы здесь и работали, и обедали, и ребёнку (2 года) было удобно играть и гулять. Дом расположен на большой территории с другими постройками, но стоит уединенно, ощущение приватного пространства. Вокруг красивый сад, есть место для медитаций. Пешком здесь всё далеко, лучше арендовать байк. На байке 5 минут до деревенского пляжа (очень красивый), 5 минут до ночного рынка. Маде - чудесный хозяин и интересный собеседник. Он отдал нам свой модем, помог арендовать байк, моментально решал все бытовые вопросы, пригласил на церемонию в деревне. Это не отдых люкс, это погружение в жизнь настоящего нетуристического Бали

Really recommend staying at the Rajapala. The property is expanded and spacious , with really nice rice fields views. From just a 5 minute drive down, you can go to a really nice beach which is really great for sunsets, and a few nice local Warrungs with good local food. If you need groceries or food supplies there is a cool local morning & night market within a 5-10 minute drive where you can get anything you need from local fresh fruits, vegetables, rice, or traditional balinese dishes and desserts. The house is equipped with a refrigerator and a full kitchen if you would like to cook on the property. The property has 2 big and 1 small lovely dog. Made was great at communicating from the time of booking all the way to check in and throughout the stay. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during my stay with any questions I had, and made sure I had everything I needed. He can pick you up & drop you off at the airport and rent you a scooter or car if you need local transport. He also gave me the opportunity to meet his entire village and participate in local traditional ceremony, which was a nice experience that I recommend.

The Rajapala Sawah House with Made was truly an amazing Balinese experience. I was looking for somewhere quiet & peaceful that was outside of the major tourist areas of Canggu, Ubud, and/or Kuta where I could get a real Balinese Experience with some quality people. . The Sawah house and the village of Antap was exactly that and had everything I needed to feel super comfortable. I definitely would recommend this place to stay for any kind of trip in Bali either Short term or Long term stay. You wont regret it. Details: The property was absolutely stunning, overlooking the rice fields, with a nice view of the Ocean. The Private beach for the village is about a 3-5 minute drive down a quiet road and to be honest, is one of the nicest beaches that I have visited in all of Bali with great sunsets, caves, and a few nice local Warrungs (Restaurants) with good local food. If you need groceries or food supplies there is a local morning & night market within a 5-10 minute drive where you can get anything you need from local fresh fruits, vegetables, rice, or traditional balinese dishes and desserts. As far as the hospitality, Made was great at communicating from the time of booking all the way to check in and throughout the stay. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during my stay and that I had everything I needed. Plus he owns a transportation company so he can pick you up & drop you off at the airport and rent you a scooter or car if you need local transport. He also opened up the opportunity to meet his entire village an participate in local traditional ceremony and Balinese Music and Dancing. The entire village was so loving and truly made the experience extra special and unforgettable. You can't go wrong with this booking. Thanks Made!!
