Our group of 8 were at the property for 8 nights and it was great for our Aruba trip. The house was perfect and the pool was fantastic. The house is walkable to Palm beach (several in our group did it several times) although the heat makes driving preferable. Close to the bars and restaurants in the hi-rise hotel area although we were able to use the well-appointed kitchen and BBQ to prepare breakfast every day and group suppers as we wished. Easy navigating all the island. Beach chairs a great amenity. TIP 1: Get down to the beach in front of the RITZ early, bring drinks in the cooler, and plant yourself under the shade of the trees…guests are using RITZ’S chairs and umbrellas so the trees are usually available and provide plenty of shade. The food prices from the RITZ are reasonable and their waiters will deliver directly to you via their beach Segways. TIP 2: DO NOT miss Zeerovers. Little drive to Saveneta but THE BEST SHRIMP & FISH EVER!!! Avoid Sundays per staff

Fantastic property. So close to everything, just a few minute car ride. Very responsive hosts .. no issues at all. Will stay here again on our next trip to aruba.

Our stay at the Airbnb in Noord, Aruba, was exceptional! The location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to gorgeous beaches and local culture. Our hosts were wonderfully welcoming, ensuring our stay was special with their insider tips. The accommodation was modern, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed mornings on the terrace and evenings under the stars. The private pool was a blissful retreat after a day of exploration. The hospitality we received was second to none, with our hosts always ready to help. This place perfectly blends luxury with Aruban charm, making our vacation memorable. Highly recommend for a peaceful and delightful stay. Can't wait to return to this paradise!

We just returned home form Aruba and staying at this house. Upon arrival, we used the lockbox to get the key to open the security gate and pull in. There's another lockbox to get the keys to get into the house. The house was modern, updated and had pretty much everything that we needed. The only thing that I would change is the mattresses which were super firm.The backyard has a pool with 5 lounge chairs and 2 covered seating areas, one with a couch and table and the other with a dining table and six chairs. Plenty of seating. The covered areas and the pool had lighting that was really nice at night. My only complaint is that the chairs at the dining table were much too low for the table so it was akward to eat there. Theres also another patio with table & chairs where 2 of the bedrooms have an exterior door to get out there. Overall great house, just not close enough to walk to the beach. Very quick drive however! Communication with hosts was excellent from booking to check out!
