Beautiful condo with a stunning view. You can’t beat falling asleep to the sound of the ocean! The condo is in a prime location right on the oceanfront. The place was very clean and professionally run. We received plenty of information from the host prior to our arrival. We checked out other condos on this property (online) and we were glad we chose this unit.

This host had excellent insight on his property. No details were left out which made finding the building and checking in easy. We were here for one night, checking in at 4:00 and spending most of our time at the pool with the kids and leaving at 6:45 am for our flight home. Margaritavilla is next door and play fairly loud music, but this could not be heard inside, only when sitting on the balcony. Something to consider if you want quiet. The views are amazing and it was nice to watch the sun come up on the balcony (soft music still playing at resort). Our biggest concern was cleanliness. The bathroom had been barely surfaced cleaned. There was hair in the shower and on the floor, sand in all the corners, the sink top looked slightly wiped off, but it was clear that the lower shelf hadn't been touched in some time with dust, hair, etc. Dishes all had a residue/looked filmy so we pre-washed. We didn't contact host with the short stay. I'm sure he would have addressed if so.

My husband and I stayed at Villa Latitudes for our baby moon! It was as perfect as the pictures! Wrap around porch with the beach view was perfect to have breakfast and enjoy the waves and boats as they passed by. Gated community so felt safe. The Villa was super close to the local bar/resturant downstairs . You walked down the stairs and the pool & resturant was right there. Also walkable distance to margaritaville! One thing we loved about staying here is that it was quiet! The villa its self was clean, had plenty of every day amenities. Even sunblock lotions/bug repellents (which you need). Shower towels and beach towels were made available as well! We rented a car to make it easier to get around we definitely recommend a car. Last but not least Alan was the perfect host! Kind and had fast responses to our questions. Also he had great instructions and recommendations for restaurants. This is the place to stay at for a beautiful vacation! Thank you Alan we will see you soon
